Charles Michael Thomas Sloane, 37, passed away on January 11, 2024, surrounded by his husband and loved ones. He was born on April 2, 1986, in San Bernardino, California as Michael Alexander Thompson. He was adopted by Bruce Henry Sloane at the age of two and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada.

In September of 2004, he enlisted in the US Army in the service of his country, straight from high school. He was stationed in Korea and El Paso, Texas. He also acted as a recruiter in Las Vegas, Nevada. He led the Boss Program towards HHB 1-43 ADA as organization President while he was overseas. After a decade in the military, he was able to retire where he later met his husband, Alfredo McEldowney Lemque, Jr. in 2010.

They decided to move to Lawton, Oklahoma. in pursuit of spending more time around family where he did just that, often hosting parties in their home and giving everyone a space to enjoy each other's company. He was the first to give his last and would never allow anybody to feel alone. He welcomed everyone with open arms and made sure to be the life of the party.

He enjoyed musicals, drag shows, karaoke, and helping the homeless. He greeted everyone with, "HEY GIRLLL!" and his motto was, "If you're not cheating, you're not trying," especially when partaking in card games like Spades. One of his favorite memories was traveling to the Philippines, where his husband was born and raised. He lived for adventure and often found himself influencing his husband into going for long drives with no specific destination in mind. You would've either found him fishing with his brothers-in-law or trying to keep his nieces and nephews as entertained and spoiled as possible. He even played Santa for everyone every single Christmas and annually threw a Luau party in the summer.

Alex or "Uncle Chuck" is survived by his husband; daughter, Isabella Francesca Sloane; dogs: Biscuit, Honey, and Sausage; mother-in-love, Judith Ann McEldowney; father-in-love, Alfredo San Pedro Lemque Sr.; sisters-in-love: Josie Lyn Lemque- Dalston, Emmie Lou Vaughn, Annaliza Lemque, Emelyn Lemque, Shicona Mayberry, Kayon Dockery, and Elvira Lemque; brothers-in-love: Joseph Lee Lemque, Arnold Lemque, Albert Lemque, Edgar McEldowney, Rod Ilidan, Eric Ilidan, Raymund McEldowney, Eros Dalston, and Gerald Vaughn Jr.; Nephews: Joseph Lemque, Chiles James Alog, Ervien Ilidan, Kaden McEldowney, Wesley Ilidan, Gerald Vaughn III, and Raymund McEldowney Jr.; Nieces: Angelique Jois Alog, Erica Jois Alog, Carlene Kaye Dela Cruz, Ethel Grace Eyano, Annika Lemque, Jamie Vaughn, Julianna Vaughn, and Hannah Bacani; grandkids: Deion Hallmon Jr. and Vivienne Ramirez.
