There is also a "14-Feb-1914" PA Birth Certificate (via Public Record file) which documents some of the same details (with the exception of the earlier date), but this record is not processed as complete as the 15-Feb-1914 Death Certificate . The 14-Feb-1914 Birth Certificate also states the child was stillborn, the file date on the Birth Cert. was crossed out, I assume once the error was acknowledged about the date and type of necessary record (Death Cert. vs. Birth Cert.), the Death Certificate was correctly generated and filed with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Erie Cemetery Association also confirms the interment of a "Child of William E. Brewer, Erie Cemetery (Section R, Lot 115) b. 15-Feb-1914 - d. 15-Feb-1914". The Death Certificate indicates the date of interment as 16-Mar-1914 in the Erie Cemetery.
