Survived by daughters, Kim (Leon) Hansard of FL, Tracey (Eric) Fendley of AL, Kristen (Shane) Floyd of Flowery Branch, GA; grandchildren, Clint Duggan, Dylan (Rachel) Duggan, Kriste, Kasside, Kaleb, and Karlee Floyd; sister-in-law, Norma Spengler of FL.
Born on 5-3-1937 in East Point, GA, he was a graduate of Russell High School and of Southern Institute of Technology College in Atlanta. He worked for A R Winter Co. before being owner of G. C. Bailey Co. a general contracting company. ........
