Elizabeth Frances (Fran) Stump.

Born in Los Angeles to the late Adm. Felix B. Stump and Elizabeth Smith Stump. As part of a prominent Navy family, she was raised all over the country. She attended Punahou School in Honolulu and then went on to graduate from Mary Washington College in Fredericksburg, Va.

After college, she continued her passion for travel with a 55 year career as a flight attendant with United Airlines where she was loved and admired by many. Dozens of well wishes as fellow FAs learned of her illness all described her as a Master of Social Graces and as being a kind, intelligent, sassy-classy lady! "Her smile would light up the room and her giggle was infectious." Beautiful inside & out!

She was preceded in death by her brother who adored her, John Morgan Stump. She is survived by her younger brother, Felix B Stump Jr (Linda) of Chardon, Ohio as well as their sons, Felix (Aubrey) of Chelsea, MI and Alton (Katie) also of Chardon. Also, nephew John M Stump Jr (Diane) Hampton,NH and niece Cathryn Stump Lemberg ,Centreville, VA, and surrogate son, Alex Mott of Paris, France. Beloved Godmother to Grace Beales , whose entire family she adored!

A memorial will be announced at a later date in either the spring or summer. Frances leaves a legacy of kindness and being So Socially Gracious...and will be missed by many!
