Elizabeth 'Betty' (LeMay) Peter

Peter, Elizabeth "Betty" (LeMay) age 92, of Coon Rapids, MN, died peacefully on December 28, 2023. She was a woman of strong faith and was an active member of St. Timothy Catholic Church most of her life. She was known for her delicious pies and cookies, and her fine embroidery work. She enjoyed bowling and writing letters to family and friends. She also enjoyed movies and stories about farm life and horses. Preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Peter; and parents, George and Susan LeMay. Betty is survived by her children, Sr. Mary Peter, Linda (Jeff) Lindstrom, David Peter, Donald (Renee) Peter, Douglas (Lori) Peter, and Duane Peter; brother, George (Dee) LeMay; 10 grandchildren; and 8 great- grandchildren. Memorials preferred to the American Cancer Society. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2024 at 11 AM, with visitation at 10 AM, at St. Timothy Catholic Church, 707 89th Ave. NE, Blaine.
