Abraham Isaac Heilbroner was marred twice:

1)     Juettle "Julia" Alexander (1858‑1879), married on November 5, 1875, at Edgecombe County, North Carolina. They had two children:

a.      Therese (1876‑1877), born and died at Edgecombe County, North Carolina.

b.     Louis (1877‑1924), born in Tarboro, Edgecombe County, North Carolina, and died at Deal, Monmouth County, New Jersey.

2)     Freda A. Hoffman (January 1860‑1940), married September 11, 1889, at Halifax County, North Carolina. They had one son:

a.      Leon Hoffman (1890‑1961), born in Tarboro, Edgecombe County, North Carolina, and died at Saint Louis City, Missouri.He was buried on October 14, 1898.
