He owned Blair Electrical Construction Inc. until he closed the business and retired. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and the outdoors.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Norma Blair; in-laws, James and Cornelia Rayhorn; son-in-law, Todd Taylor; and nephew, J.T. Blair.
Steve is survived by his loving and dedicated wife of 45 years, Carol R. Blair; daughters, Shelby Taylor and Heather Hooper (Damien); and brother, Tommy Blair. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter.
