Mrs. Johnson, age 91 of Lebanon passed away December 26, 2023, at Summit Medical Center.

Born November 22, 1932, in Green County, Arkansas, she is the daughter of the late Cordell and Minnie Elizabeth Branham Carter Sr. She served in the Women's Army Corps from 1957-1960. She had worked for Sparkle Laundry and was a member of Adam's Avenue Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of fifty one years, Glenn D. Johnson; grandson, Rocky Severs; Sister, Gladys Pearl Rogers, and two brothers, Alton Odell Carter and Lyge Edward Carter.

She is survived by two daughters: Blanche Elizabeth (Monty) Tester and Joan Valkyrie Hayes; three grandchildren: Steve Severs, Jerry Scruggs, and Gina Mae Ann Scruggs (Travis) Culbreath; two great grandchildren: Conner and Grace Culbreath; and two brothers, Thurman Bransford (Margie) Carter and Cordell Carter Jr.
