Roberta Ann Monroe, age 76, of Stover died July 9, 2023 at Capital Region Medical Center in Jefferson City, Missouri.

She was the daughter of William C. Combs and Grace Beck and step father Kenneth Beck who raised her.

She married Albert Venomous Monroe on January 2, 1965 Kansas City, Missouri. They had four children and one step son. She had fifteen grandchildren and many more great grandchildren.

Roberta loved church she never miss a Sunday unless she was to sick to attend Lakeview Baptist Church of Stover. She loved to sew dolls for the children in her Sunday school class and many other things for the church members at holidays.

She is preceded in death by her husband Albert; her mother and step father Grace and Kenneth Beck; brothers Steve, David, Alen, and Kenneth Jr Beck; and sister Linda Pickering all of Kansas City, Missouriand Shirley Kay Carter of Washington.

She is survived by brother Patrick and sister Tabitha Beck of Kansas City, MO, brother Mike and Iris Beck of North Kansas City, MO, sister Patty Woods of Mansfield, MO; and children Timothy Monroe and Daffy Dinwiddie of Eldon, MO, Rebba Thompson of Mid West, WY, Henry and Brenda Monroe of Stover, MO, and Rebecca de Castro of Springfield, MO; step son Ricky Monroe of Tennessee.

She will have a celebration of life at her church and burial will be in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville, MO.
