The age on the death certificate doesn't make sense. Rachel is not on the 1860 census with either parent designated on her death certificate. She had to have been born in late 1860. Her parents were married in August 1860 and its safe to assume that Rachael was already on the way and born shortly after marriage or in early 1861.
The death certificate has Aaron McBride and Rosa Gillie as her parents and her place of birth is Pike County, Indiana. Not the daughter of Gideon McBride of Martin County, Indiana.
1860 census: not born yet, parents are not married; in 1863 her father enlisted in the civil war in Pike County Indiana and is not found after 1863
1870 census Not found. This not the Rachel in Martin County, Indiana, daughter of Gideon. Mother has remarried again in 1866 to Fletcher Scraper and is the mother of Huldah M Scraper. Fletcher disappears and mother Rosa marries again.
On the 1880 census Rachael is married to James Stiles, is age 20, and living in Jefferson Township, Pike County, Indiana with her husband and daughter Rosetta.
In 1900 Rachael is age 42, born in Feb 1858, married to James and mother of Charles, Thomas, Clara, James, Julia, John. She is enumerated as having 9 children with 8 living in 1900.
Rachael died in 1901 from puerperal sepsis, most probably caused by the birth of her last child, Artie Macy Stiles on February 7, 1901. See below:
