He was united in marriage to Carol Blankenship Byrd of London, Kentucky. He is also survived by his son, Boyce Dean Byrd, Jr. and son-in-law Scott Kelly - Byrd both of London; plus a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing.
He was a veteran of the United States Army and a mobile home salesman.
