Mrs. Marion Brown, 605 Noble Ave., Bridgeport, Conn., formerly of Tunkhannock, died Wednesday at Bridgeport Hospital, Connecticut.
Born in Tunkhannock, March 2, 1909, daughter of the late Percy and Adeline Billings Newell, she was employed as a bank teller for the Connecticut National Bank until her retirement.
Surviving are a sister-in-law, Mrs. Helen Newell, Tunkhannock, nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be Saturday at 2 p.m. from the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home, 73 West Tioga St., Tunkhannock, with the Rev. Daniel Maiden, Eatonville United Methodist Church officiating. Interment, Sunnyside cemetery, Tunkhannock.
There will be no calling hours.
