EL PASO - Harley E. Bigger, 81, of El Paso, passed away at 4:45 a.m. on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, at Flanagan Rehabilitation, in Flanagan, IL.
He was born July 11, 1942, in Kappa, IL, to Alfred James and Margaret Louise (Schlink) Taylor. He married Delores Ann Taylor on May 23, 1971 in Normal, IL. She died December 20, 2016.
Surviving is his sister and two nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; grandmother, Ardella (Hopelhorn) Bigger; a brother, Ronald Lee Bigger and a sister, Mary Bigger.
Harley was a U.S. Army veteran. He loved cats, especially "Axel"and all kinds of other animals.
Cremation has been accorded. Ruestman-Harris Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Memorials may be made to his family.
