Albert "Bert" Lawler Joseph Baker, 73, of Cumberland, MD, passed away Friday, November 10, 2023, at his home.
Born January 21, 1950, in Cumberland, MD, Mr. Baker was the son of the late Wilton Anthony Baker and Frances Lainy (Lawler) Baker. He was also preceded in death by his brother: David Baker; and his niece: Sarah Baker.
Bert was a United States Marine Corps Veteran and was a retired Master Electrician from the Local IBEW #307. He was an active member at the Cumberland Community Church, an avid golfer, and scuba diver. Bert was a member of the VVA Chapter #172, and loved riding his motorcycle, and taking it on several month-long trips.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
