Robert "Bob" Johnson, age 89, of Gulf Shores AL, formerly of Lebanon TN, passed away on March 9, 2014.
The Funeral Service, conducted by Brother Tim Knox, is 1 p.m. Thursday, March 13, 2014.
Interment in Bethlehem Cemetery, Tuckers Crossroads, will follow the service. Grandsons will serve as Pallbearers.
The family extends a special thank you to Dottie, Christy, Robin, Sharon, and Susie with Community Hospice of Baldwin County.
Mr. Johnson was of the Baptist faith. He retired from Century Electric and from Mueller Industries. He is survived by sons: Robert (Judy) Johnson of Lexington SC and James (Marie) Johnson of Gulf Shores AL; grandchildren: Tim Johnson, Shannon (Isabell) Johnson, Ashley (Christy) Johnson of Lexington SC, Greg (Ashli) Johnson of Cookeville TN, Kim (Scott) Foutch of Smithville TN, and Sonya (Tim) Knox of Woodbury TN; siblings: Grandville (Mary) Johnson of Atlanta GA, Franklin (Norma) Johnson and Betty June Griffin of Chattanooga TN, and Loraine Elrod of Chatsworth GA; and numerous great-grandchildren and step-grandchildren.
Mr. Johnson is preceded in death by son Howard Eugene "Gene" Johnson, wives Beulah Breedlove Johnson and Ora Boyd Johnson , step-daughter Frances Mitchell, step-son Bill "Billy" Boyd, parents John and Lennie Bell Johnson , and brother LeRoy Johnson.
