Gladys Susan Allen, 80, 420 N. 19th St., died Wednesday at 8 p.m. at Parkview Convalescent Center.
Born Aug. 30, 1902, in Orleans, IN, she was the daughter of J. Frank Johnson and Viona Tomlinson.
She married Walter Allen Oct. 22, 1925, and he survives.
She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, church choir and the Elwood Department of Club.
Surviving with the husband are three sisters, Gertrude Johnson of Frankfort, Hazel Talbot of Orleans and Lillian Thrasher of Bloomington.
The body has been taken to the Copher and Fesler funeral home where friends may call Friday from 5 to 8 p.m.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. George Jackson officiating. Burial will be in Elwood City Cemetery.
