Mrs. Mary Sloat Inman, 78, resident of this city for seven years, died yesterday morning at 9:05 o'clock at her home, 2638 First avenue north. She came here from Middleboro, Mass., and was a member of the Christian Science church, the Daughters of the British Empire and the Massachusetts Tourist society.
Survivors include her brother, George Sloat, and a niece, Mrs. Elizabeth R. Sipe, both of this city. Christian Science services will be held this afternoon at 1:30 o'clock at the Palms Memorial. Interment will be in Middleboro, Mass.

Mrs. Mary Inman
Word has been received of the death of Mrs. Mary Inman, nee Miss Mary Sloat, of St Petersburg, Florida. She was 79 years of age, and her passing came as a shock to her relatives as she had been ill only two days with pneumonia which resulted in a fatal heart attack.
Mrs. Inman was born in Andover and resided there for many years, where she was an active member of the United Baptist Church.
Later she moved to Middleboro, Mass, where she resided until a few years ago when she moved to St. Petersburg, Florida. The remains are being brought to Middleboro for burial in the George Sloat lot.
She leave to mourn one brother, George Sloat of Florida and one sister in law, Mrs. Clara Sloat, of Toronto. Also surviving are a number of nephews and nieces.

The remains of the late Mrs. Mary Inman, former Middleboro resident, who died in St. Petersburg, Fla., last week were brought here for burial in the cemetery at the Green on Monday.
