Regina T. Alexander, age 77, of Wilmington, DE passed away suddenly on Tuesday, August 31, 2021.

Born in Elkton, MD, Regina was the daughter of the late Aloysius Woerner and Helen Dunn Woerner. She graduated from Padua Academy in the class of 1962, and attended the University of Delaware. Regina worked at the DuPont Company for over 30 years and retired there in 2002.

Regina enjoyed cooking, painting, playing golf, and travelling, especially to Martha's Vineyard and Williamsburg. She was devoted to her family and friends, and will be missed by all.

Regina was predeceased by her husband, Glenn R. Coleman, Jr. and brother-in-law, Nicolas Mergo. She is survived by her son, Cary Alexander (Sarah); step-daughters, Terri Coleman (Carol LaPenta) and Betsy Coleman Kelley; granddaughters, Riley E. Alexander, Mary H. Alexander, Kristen Hessey Howell (Ricky) and Lauren Hessey Birch (Jason); and great grandchildren, Avery, Jamison, Brennan, Hadleigh (Howell), Piper, Jackson, and Ellison (Birch). She is also survived by her sisters, Margaret "Peggy" Mergo and Marie Beldyk (Richard); brothers, Joseph Woerner (Jean), John Woerner (Elaine), Francis Woerner (Lynn) and Aloysius Woerner (Kathy) as well as many nieces and nephews.

All services will be private.
