MAX BOLL, 72, DIES AT HOME
Route 4 Farmer was Past Commander of Disabled Veterans
Max Albert Boll, 72, a farmer residing on Route 4, died at 7 o'clock Tuesday night at his home.
Born April 20, 1883, in Bartholomew County to John F. and Anna Loesch Boll, he is past commander of the Disabled American Veterans here, and belonged to St. John's United Lutheran Church. Mr. Boll worked part time in the county veterans office at the courthouse.
Funeral rites will be conducted at 1:30 o'clock Friday afternoon at Hathaway Funeral Home by the Rev. James Kelly and burial will be made at Rest Haven Cemetery at Edinburg.
Casket will be open at the funeral home after noon Thursday.
Surviving are the widow, Mrs. Reba A. Coy Boll; and an uncle, Joseph Loesch of Columbus. Two sisters, Mrs. Clara Fahl and Mrs. Lula Fahl, preceded him in death and his mother died April 17.
