"MRS. CHARLIE BURNS DIES OF PNEUMONIA
Funereal Is held from McMillan School house Friday.
Mrs. Charlie Burns, 68 years old, died at the family home in the McMillan community about 4 o'clock Thursday afternoon of pneumonia. She had been ill about two weeks.

She was the wife of Charlie Burns, who died in October, 1933. At the time of his death he was head of the Criminal Bureau of Investigation.

Mrs. Burns' funeral services were held from the McMillan School-house at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon with Rev. W.E. Bowers, local Methodist pastor, officiating. Watts Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements, and James Pannell of Mannsville was in charge of the song services.

Pallbearers were Orval Saxon, Davis Maynard, Ima Gumm, Vergil Sewell, Luther Bennett and John Adkins.

Survivors of Mrs. Burns are the following children: Miss Cleo Burns, who is a senior in the Madill High School; Eli, Robert and Albert Burns, and Mrs. R.L. Godfrey, all of the McMillan community; Mrs. N.F. Orr, Washington, Okla., and mrs. LOeonard Dillingham, Oklahoma City. A son, C.F. Burns, died Feb. 6, 1935."
