Charles Russell Brenneman, 70, of Fairmont passed away on Thursday, November 16, 2023, at his home. He was born in Fairmont on December 18, 1952, son of the late Ronald and Evelyn Garner Brenneman.

Charles is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Dolores Jean Dougal Brenneman; children, Stephen Brenneman and his wife Karen, Michael Brenneman, and Amanda McBee and her husband David; grandchildren, Jonathan, Adam, Brooke, Dylan, Madeline, Parker; step-grandchildren, Austin and Gage; great-step-grandchildren, Westyn and Riley; brothers, Doug Brenneman, Bobby Brenneman; sister, Janice Brenneman.

In addition to his parents, Charles was preceded in death by a grandchild, Avery McBee.

Charles loved fishing, hunting, and watching football. He worked as a truck driver for most of his life and was a graduate of East Fairmont High School.

In accordance with Charle's wishes, he will be cremated. A graveside service will be held at Mt. Zion Cemetery, 93 Mt. Zion Road, Fairmont, WV 26554, on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at 2 p.m. with Pastor Roy Weese officiating.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Ford Funeral Home.
