Linda Lou Hugmeyer, age 74 of Sparta, passed away on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at her home.
Linda was born on July 23, 1949 to Kenneth and Beatrice (Merrill) Bassett in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She married Mark Hugmeyer on April 29, 1980. She worked for many years at Lack Enterprises in Grand Rapids.
Linda is survived by her husband Mark Hugmeyer; her son Patrick Megher; her daughter, Kimberly McMillan; her grandchildren, Brittany McMillan and Christopher Smith; her great granddaughter, Madyson Nicole Beavers; her two brothers; and her brother-in-law, Mike Hugmeyer.
Cremation will take place and no formal services will be held.
Memorials contributions in her honor are suggested to the American Heart Association.
