Norma Louise Aschenberg passed away early Saturday morning, November 4, 2023 at Creasy Springs Health Campus. She was born the youngest of seven children to Jesse Ray Moss and Nina (Kerby) Moss on March 23, 1930 on the family farm in Howard County, IN. She married the love of her life, John Francis Aschenberg, on May 17, 1958.

Norma graduated from Clay Township High School in 1948. She was a bookbinder at Haywood Printing Company and retired in 1992 from Lafayette Printing Company. Norma was a parishioner of St. Boniface Catholic Church and loved spending time at grandchildren's sporting and school events. She enjoyed playing euchre, car shows, working the crossword puzzles, the crypto quote in the newspaper and was a member of the Studebaker Driver's Club.

Surviving are one son; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

The Rosary will be recited at 4:30 PM followed by visitation from 5:00 until 7:00 PM on Thursday, November 9, 2023 at Hahn-Groeber Funeral Home, 1104 Columbia St., Lafayette, IN. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Lafayette, IN at 10:00 AM on Friday November 10, 2023 with Fr. Jeff Martin officiating. Interment will follow in St. Boniface Cemetery.
