Bill was born on May 20, 1945 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma to Cordell and Edith (Frisbie) Cochran. He attended Tahlequah Public Schools. Bill was a security officer at Guardian Angels and Cherokee Casino. He enjoyed working outside. Bill is survived by his sons, Michael Cochran and Matthew Cochran. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Cordell and Edith Cochran.
