OVERTON - Graveside services for Albert M. "Sonny" Elliott, U.S.A.F., lieutenant colonel, retired, 76, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 19, 2008, at Overton Cemetery. Arrangements are by Burrows Funeral Home of Overton, with the Rev. Jimmy Kennedy officiating. Mr. Elliott died April 6, 2008, in San Antonio.
He was a U.S. Air Force veteran, having served during the Korean Conflict, and longtime director of water districts for the City of San Antonio. Survivors include his son, Raymond J. Elliott; and brother, W. Floyd Elliott.
