Skylar was born October 14, 2004, in Kansas City, Mo., to Joe and Stephanie (Steuart) Fleming.
She is survived by her maternal grandparents, Ken and Sharon Steuart; paternal grandmother Pat Campbell; paternal step-grandmother Patricia Brewer; maternal great-grandmother Esther Schletzbaum; paternal great-grandmother Evelyn Steuart; aunt Lindsey Steuart, aunt and uncle Anita and Mike Conrady, uncles Thomas Hatcher and Levi Fleming; cousin Cinnamon Fleming and special family friends David Mena and Le Roy Bryan.
Services will be 2:00 pm Friday, December 31st at Speaks Suburban Chapel. Burial in Blue Springs Cemetery.
