Robert 'Bob' Tisch
January 19, 1943 - October 7, 2022

Robert "Bob" Norman Tisch, 79, died unexpectedly in "God's country" at his cottage on October 7th, 2022. Bob was born to Dorothy and Norman Tisch on January 19th, 1943. He was the second oldest of 8 siblings. On October 7th, 1967 Bob married his best friend Ruth, making memories for the next 55 years. Together they created a beautiful family of 4 children and 10 grandchildren. Bob served 4 years in the Navy before spending the rest of his career at Proctor and Gamble in Green Bay. He most enjoyed his family, especially his grandchildren, fishing, hunting, fixing things around the house, and of course having his 5 o'clock beer or manhattan with loved ones.

Bob was a steady and compassionate man who created consistency in a world of chaos. He was a man loved by many. He always knew when to crack a joke, bring a little sass into the conversation, but most importantly show up for those who needed him. Anyone who had the chance to be loved by Bob experienced a gift from above.

He is survived by his wife Ruth, his four children Tammie (Kelly) Schroeder, Brian (Robyn) Tisch, Jenny (Chris) Martineau, and Todd (Suzanne) Tisch, as well as 10 grandchildren Lilia, Claudia, Derek, Dylan, Tyler, Samantha, Devin, Sophia, Kaden, Miles and 6 siblings Donna (Huey) House, Janet Robaidek, Linda (Dave) Rabas, Carolyn (Tom) Schuster, Jerry (Vicki) Tisch and Diane (Rick) Roundy, Sister-in-law Diane (Jerry) Konitzer, Brother-in-laws Neal Bunker and Jim Taggart, sister-in-law Judy Bunker, and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, brother Roger Tisch, sister-in-law Mary Taggart, brother-in-laws Dean Bunker and Wayne Robaidek, and niece Jodi Panzer.

Friends and family will gather at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 2597 Glendale Ave., (The entrance is directly across from BP gas station on Glendale Ave.) on Wednesday, October 12, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. James Lucas officiating. To send online condolences, please go to www.BlaneyFuneralHome.com.
