Mr. Harvey Leo Braddy, age 77, of 102 Kenworth Street, Vidalia, died Friday at Meadows Memorial Hospital after a short illness. Mr. Braddy was a retired farmer and had lived in Vidalia for the past 40 years and was a member of the Old Line Primitive Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Meda Morris Braddy, Vidalia; a daughter, Mrs. Melba McDaniel, Vidalia; a son, Malcolm Braddy of Waycross; a brother, Elton Braddy of Tarrytown; four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services for Mr. Braddy were held Sunday afternoon at 3:00 p.m. from the Old Line Primitive Baptist Church with Elder Manning Temples officiating. Interment was in Pinecrest Cemetery in Vidalia.

Pallbearers were: Gary McDaniel, Mark McDaniel, Malcolm Braddy, Jr., Steve Nolan, Ronald Morris and Harold Morris.

Murchison Funeral Home of Vidalia was in charge of arrangements.
