Della Anderson was born at Steelville, Crawford County, Missouri, May 3, 1888. She came to Chetopa 16 years ago, with her parents, and soon after her father died. Her mother was afterward married to G W Vaughn, and deceased lived at home with them until the time of her death, which occurred Thursday morning, Nov 26, at 5:55, aged 20 years, 6 months and 23 days, the cause of her death being consumption. Funeral services were held Friday at 2 pm, at the home, conducted by Dr A S Vincent, and the burial was in Oak HIll Cemetary.
