He was born February 25, 1950 in Garden City, the son of Roscoe Lee and Niata Irene (Taylor) Robinson.
Bay was of the Methodist Faith. He worked on oil rigs and at Calp Fur with Trapper, skinning animals. He belonged to Sons of the American Legion.
On September 19, 2005 he married Linda Lou Dellinger at Hoisington, she survives.
Other survivors include five children: Tiffany Finke, Nebraska, Amber Callaway, Colorado, Bay Robinson Jr., Nebraska, Colton Halstrom, Ellsworth, Dell and wife Sierra Poyner, of the home; numerous grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
He went to join his mother, father, and sister and beloved friend Calvin "Trapper".
Cremation has taken place and services will be announced at a later date.
