James was an Air Force veteran, a member of the American Legion Post #192, a Deputy Representative at the Clement Zablocki VA Medical Center and a lifetime member of the American Legion Riders.
Visitation Saturday, October 21, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Schramka-Borgwardt Funeral Home, 11030 W. Forest Home Ave., Hales Corners, with a Funeral Service at 1:00 PM. Private interment at Arlington Park Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Legion Department of Wisconsin would be appreciated.
