James Henry Bellinger Jr., 82 of Bauxite, entered peacefully into the arms of the Heavenly Father surrounded by family on October 13, 2023. James was born to Florence and Jim Bellinger on Feb 5th 1941.



James was proceeded in death by his parents, his loving wife, Velma Oliver Bellinger, and his sisters Mary Walls and Alma Wallace.



James is forever loved and remembered by his brothers Jerald (Mary) Bellinger, Ray (Roseann) Bellinger, His children Janis Travis (Brandon), Robin Butler (Clint), Kevin Bellinger (Tracy), and Brenda Fite, his grandchildren Megan (Will), Lindsey, Zack (Ashley), Rachel, Daniel (Casey), Leslie (Joe), Caitlyn, Erik and Gunner, as well as his great grandchildren Madison, Riley, Zachery, Lily, Mckenzee, Cadence, Lydia, Nicholas, Hannah, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.



James' was a life well lived. He had a host of friends through his life, many interests, and the ability to fix most anything. He loved the Lord all his days. He was talented and adventurous in many aspects of his life. He was a self-taught multi-instrumentalist, an avid HAM radio operator, a hot sauce and pizza connoisseur, and a dearly loved Papaw. He enjoyed playing guitar and singing with his children and grandchildren that he adored. James leaves behind a beautiful legacy of memories, music, and laughter. We will miss him always, but we'll hold and share the love and joy he invested in each one of us.
