Matilda Ann Wright, 79, of Littleton, WV died Friday, October 13, 2023 in the Morgantown Healthcare Center.

She was born January 13, 1944 at Wadestown, a daughter of the late Noah Wright and Cecil Jones Wright.

Mrs. Wright was a homemaker and a member of the Grace Fellowship Church at Wana.

Surviving is her husband, Harry M. Wright; two sons, Jim Spencer and Tim Spencer, both of New Freeport, PA; one daughter, Martha Jane Hawkins of Hundred; three brothers, Terry Wright of Farmington, Robert Wright of Hundred, and Harry Earl Wright of Paden City; two sisters, Goldie Britton of Littleton and Shirley Kesterson of Waynesburg, PA; fifteen grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and multiple great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, Rick Spencer and Mark Spencer; four sisters, Mary Spencer, Donna Wright, Mae Neer, and Norma Stewart; two brothers, Denzil Wright and Jim Wright; and one great-grandchild, Spencer Lee Timmons.

Friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home, 2678 Hornet Highway, Hundred, WV from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Monday, October 16, 2023. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 1:00 PM Tuesday with Pastor Jason Morgan officiating.

Interment will follow in the Harmony Cemetery at Burton.
