Charles Morris Bell, Senior was born on 8 April 1855 at San Bernardino, California to William and Esther Jane Booth Bell. He was the 3rd of 14 children. When he ws 19 years old he married Jane Panting on 11 Dec 1873 at Logan, Utah. They went to Franklin, Idaho for 3 years, to Logan, Utah for 3 years, Oxford, Idaho for 2 years, Weston, Idaho for nearly 19 years. They had 13 children, all born in the Weston area. Charles & his brother James owned & operated a saw mill for several years. Charles moved his family to Dempsey & operated a sawmill. Charles Morris Bell Senior died 2 Sept 1927 in Lava Hot Springs. He was an honest and fair.
