Emma Emery, 91 passed away on Sunday at the Minnesota Odd Fellows home in Northfield. Services were held Sept 2 in the Holy Cross church in Dundas with the Rev Donald Field officiating. burial was made in Oaklawn cemetery in Northfield.She was born in Minnesota, was married to James Edwin Stanley, he died in 1924, they had 3 children Edward, Charles and William Stanley of the area, she later marry to Frank A. Emery, he only live about 6 years, he died in 1947, she died in Aug 30, 1970.. Emma was born to parents Nikola Holt from Norway and her mother Live Ogdaard from Wisconsin, she had 3 sisters Gina, Clara, Louisa and 1 brother Nick. One brother and one sister also survive along with several nieces and nephews. Miss Lillie Anderson and Mrs Ann Anderson of the Northfield area, two nieces, survive her locally.
