SPC E-4 Robert Marvin "Pete" Luttrell, age 86, of Mosheim, passed away Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at home with his family.
He was an Army veteran and loved the country he served. He also retired from the Southern Railroad. Pete was a member of Bewley's Chapel Church. He was a loving husband, father, papaw and great papaw.
He is survived by his daughters: Ronda (Mike) Kolar and Robin Haun; grandchildren: Jessica Cavanaugh, Whitney (Billy) Ottinger, and Devin (Lucas) Henderson; great grandchildren: Allie Ottinger, Ariel Ottinger, Acea Ottinger, Angel Ottinger and Arabella Henderson; Sister: Ruth Freeman, Mae Blazer, Frances Gona V Moyers, Lois Ball, Joyce Ottinger, Vonda Morelock, Iva Aiken; and brothers: Dale Luttrell, Bennie Luttrell and Gerry Luttrell.
He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Mary Jo Luttrell; his parents: Henry Robert Luttrell and Izola Luttrell; Sister, Leona Hawk; and brothers: Glen Luttrell, Ivas (Gunter) Luttrell, Ben Luttrell and Scotty Luttrell.
Interment will be conducted at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Newport, TN on Sunday, October 15, 2023 at 3:00 pm. The Rev. Steve Ryman will officiate.
