Deborah Carol Masters Biggs, 68, of Lexington died Friday, Sept. 22, 2023, at Old Southwest Health & Rehab in Roanoke.
Born March 15, 1955, in Covington, she was a daughter of Annie Lucille Reynolds Coleman and Clarence Edward Masters.
In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her husband, Keith Rex Biggs, and her sister Dorothy Sue Truslow.
Deborah was a member of Collierstown Baptist Church and retired as a caregiver most of her life. She was an avid collector and loved to tinker. Deborah loved dogs ‒ especially her puppies......
