Rhonda Marie Andrews-Woodruff, age 61, passed away Thursday, September 21, 2023 in Fort Wayne. She was born in Defiance, OH to the late LeLand and Marcella Andrews.
Rhonda worked as an estimator with Fox & Fox for 35 years. Rhonda was the sole proprietor of R. Andrews Art, specializing in Acrylic Abstracts and Charcoal Portraits of pets. She also was active in Community Theatre for over 25 years, serving on Arena Dinner Theatre Board of Directors for 16 years. She performed in numerous theatrical productions for Arena, Fort Wayne Civic Theatre, First Presbyterian Theatre, Fort Wayne Youth Theatre and Greylight Players. She wrote and directed shows for Bower North Productions. She also appeared in numerous Windsong Pictures productions. She was very active in local Veterans organizations, proudly standing tall with FW 22 and the Marine Corps League. She enjoyed extreme hiking, zip lining and world traveling. Her motto was " Where in the world are the Woodruff's?" She was an excellent chef and baker, supplying cookies and candies for her friends and family.
Rhonda is survived by her husband 31 years, 6 months, and 7 days, Daniel Woodruff of Fort Wayne; brother, Mark (Janice) Andrews, of Defiance, OH; several nieces and nephews; and her sweet kittens, CoCo and Turbo.
