Betty Jane Deller (nee McLaren), 91, passed away on February 4, 2023 at her residence in Ft. Thomas, KY. Betty was a retired Credit Manager with the Newport National Bank. She was an Operator with Cincinnati Bell Telephone and a server with the Highland Country Club. Betty enjoyed reading, painting and ceramics. She enjoyed baking and made the very best pie crust. Betty was also an excellent seamstress. She was preceded in death by her husband James Deller, brother Walter Baldy McLaren and sister Linda Siple. Betty is survived by her daughter Barbara (Paul) Ritter and son James (Arlene) Deller, brothers Sonny Danny (Loretta) McLaren and Mike (Diane) McLaren, sisters Peggy (Allen) Dunn, Connie (Mike) McQueary, Mary (Jerry) Davis and Alma (Jim) Brockman and sister-in-laws Susan (Donald) Hatfield and Pat McLaren. Betty is also survived by her grandchildren Michelle (Chris) McGuire, Jason (Emily) Ritter, Scott (Brittany) Ritter, Ashley Deller and Matthew Deller and her great-grandchildren, James McGuire, Henry McGuire, Lucy Ritter and Sarah Ritter. Visitation will be from10:00 am to 12:00 pm, Thursday, February 9, 2023 at Dobbling Funeral Home 106 S. Ft. Thomas Ave. in Ft. Thomas. Funeral Ceremony will follow at 12:00 pm at the Dobbling Funeral Home. Burial will take place in the Alexandria Cemetery in Alexandria, KY. There will also be a Celebration of Betty's Life Reception Thursday, at St. Joseph's Camp Spring's Cafeteria following the burial.
