Mr. Moore was united in marriage on September 7, 1968, at Crocker, to Miss Betty Jane Hale, and to this union, two children were born. He was preceded in death by his father, Floyd in 1989; his mother, Lola in 1987; and two brothers, Clyde Moore on August 3, 1984 and Chester Moore on February 3, 2018 and one sister, Eileen Chapman on March 17, 2020.
Mr. Moore was a United States Army veteran having served during the Vietnam Era. He was saved and baptized as a child and continued to serve the Lord until his passing. He was a member of the Amazing Grace Fellowship, Crocker and the Disabled Veterans. He had worked as a barber for 50 years prior to his retiring in 2017. Clint enjoyed going to church and playing his guitar with the worship team, his family, fishing, hunting, gardening, traveling, farming, owning, riding and showing horses and talking about the St. Louis Cardinals.
Those left to mourn the passing of Mr. Moore include: his wife of fifty-five years, Betty of the home; his children, Kimberly Gilbert (Paul), Dixon; and Chad Alan Moore, Crocker; five grand Children; one great-grandson; sister, Wanda Walters, Crocker; and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held from 9:30 – 11:00 a.m., Thursday, September 28, 2023 with his funeral service immediately following at 11 a.m., all in the Amazing Grace Fellowship Church, Crocker, with Pastor Richard Harris and Rev. Mel Bond officiating.
Interment with full military honors will be in the Assembly of God Cemetery, Crocker under the direction of the Long-Kloeppel Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Crocker. Pallbearers for Mr. Moore will be Nathan Gilbert, Chad Moore, Jr., Gavin Barnhart, Paul Gilbert, Caden Moore, and Steve Walters.
