Joseph K. Davis, Jr. passed away April 10, 2008 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
He was born April 28, 1942 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Joseph K. & Leona B. Davis. Joe graduated from East High School & served 2 years in the U.S. Army. He attended the University of Utah. He worked for Mountain Bell for 27 years. Joe was a member of the LDS Church. He was a hard worker, an avid gardener, and loved camping. He succumbed to a 30 year struggle with MS.
Joe is survived by his loving wife and care giver of 42 years, Julie L. Davis; sons, John, (Karen), Chris (Alexandra), Matt (Bobbi) and Mark (Brynn); grandchildren, Ashleigh, Maddison, St. John, Alexis, Alyssa, Marlie, Ellie & Luke. Preceded in death by granddaughter, Emma; sister, Ann; father, Joseph Sr.
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, April 15, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at Memorial Estates Mortuary, 5850 South 900 East. Friends and Family may visit one hour prior to the Services.
Interment will be at Murray City Cemetery, 5490 South Vine Street, Murray, Utah.
