Alma E. Aurandt, 93, passed away Dec. 7, 1998, at the Laurels of Massillon.
Born in Hamilton, W. Va., she was a local resident most of her life, and was a member of Oak Hill Presbyterian Church of Ellet ad Billow Chapter O.E.S.
Preceded in death by her husband, Charles, son, Earl and daughter, Dorothy, she is survived by her son, Richard (Joan) Johnson; sister, Isabel Oyler; seven grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Thursday, 7 to 9 p.m., with Elder services at 6:45 p.m., at Hecker Funeral Home in Uniontown, where funeral service will be held Friday, 11 a.m. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park. Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Stark County, 1445 Harrison Ave., Canton 44708.
