Wesley Avery Yount

Wesley Yount age 80, of Barnardsville, NC. The son of Avery and Pauline Yount; went home to be with his Lord and Savior on April 29, 2023at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital due to injuries he sustained falling into a fire.

He truly loved and lived his life to the fullest and was a wonderful testimony to the miracles God would provide if you were faithful. During his retirement he enjoyed sharing his love for the Lord, buying and delivering cabbage and corn, working in his garden and providing food to family, neighbors and animals. He enjoyed staying busy working in the woodpile, cleaning up around the farm, mowing and helping others as he could.

Wes was preceded in death by his daughter, Frankie Yount; and is survived by two daughters, Lisa Yount Sisson of Ranger, TX and her two sons, Wayne and Aaron Sisson; Marsha Clark of Candler, NC and two children Shad and Vanessa.
