Spencer David Bulger passed unexpectedly on September 12, 2018, at the age of 80 years, one month, 23 days after a life well lived.
A tried-and-true Texan, with a sincere helping nature, his beloved family and his dear Aggies were his passions.
In El Paso, being a big kid, he played football at Austin HS, and after Burgess HS graduation he headed off to Texas A&M University, graduating in 1960. He returned to El Paso and started his career in automobile dealership management, which took him to Midland, Austin, and ultimately San Antonio.
He was predeceased by father, William Simons Bulger, mother Lola Mae Crowder Bulger, and only sibling Ona Pearl Davis Lowe. Spencer is survived by wife, daughter; son; stepdaughter; granddaughter; three grandsons and great grandson; and many nieces and nephews. He was a family man with a love and faith in Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior.
A celebration of Spencer's life will be later.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in memory of Spencer Bulger to the Texas Aggie Corps of Cadets Association, 1134 Pinfeather Drive, Bryan, TX 77803. He was an Aggie Corps recruiter all his life, inspiring young men and women to attend A&M and become Corps members.
