Lance Mitchell Adzick passed away suddenly on September 12, 2023 in St. Louis, Missouri. Born December 10, 1956 to the late Nick Adzick and the late Maxine (nee Botkin) Adzick.
Beloved husband, loving father, dear brother loving cousin and uncle to many.
Lance enjoyed hunting, the outdoors and history. He never missed a chance to watch the St. Louis Cardinals, Mizzou Tigers or Ole Miss Rebels. Above all else he loved his family, especially his children.
