Robert was an active member of the Day Bible Church. He attended school at Kellogg Consolidated Schools.
Robert is survived by his Wife of 67 years - Vera Marie (Willison) Bostwick of Augusta, Michigan; Two Daughters, Kathy Lee (Thomas) Vandaff of Battle Creek, MI and Kay Lynn (Bob) Warner of Baldwin, MI; Two Sons, Kenneth Frank (Barbara) Bostwick of Augusta, MI and Keith George (Fatima) Bostwick of Richland, MI; Brother, Rolland (Judi) Bostwick; Brother-in-law, Pete VanBruggen; Two Sisters, Marian Nelson and Marguerite Sturgeon, 6 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and other loving family members. He was preceded in death by his Father, Laurence Bostwick, Mother, Onieta Bostwick, Sister, Myrtle VanBruggen and 3 Brother-in-laws, Roy Sturgeon, William Garfield and Walter Nelson.
Robert loved farming. You could always catch him working out on the farm, or with his hands. He lived for his family, and for his farm. He was a hard worker that everyone loved to be around. He was a caring, kind and considerate man. There was never a person that he considered a stranger or an enemy.
