He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Julie "Blake" Isenhower; parents, Ben and Mildred "Brock" Isenhower; brother, Benny Isenhower, Dwight Isenhower; sister, Elise Ruth Pandossi.
Adlai "Ike" Isenhower was an avid football fan and player in his younger years. He played for Dalton High School, and was on the winning 1967 State Championship team. He loved to read, hunt and fishing and was beloved by everyone who know him.
He is survived by his son, Blake Edwards of Calhoun; daughters, Kelly Isenhower of Chatsworth, Adleigh Ellis and Jason Summer of LaFayette, Ga.; brother, Cecil Leon "Rabbit" Isenhower of Chatsworth; sisters, Georgia Huggins of Chatsworth, Alma Jean Brown; grandchildren, Carson Edwards, Ronald Clayton, Julie Clayton.
A memorial service to celebrate the life of Mr. Adlai Stevenson Isenhower will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to independently owned and operated Dalton Funeral Home
