Albert Norris Averyt, Jr. of Big Cabin/ Chelsea, Oklahoma passed away on September 7, 2023.
"Bud" was born to Albert Norris Averyt, Sr. and Shirley Nell (Mixson) Averyt on July 10, 1959 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. Bud could be considered a jack of all trades….and he would tell you master of ALL. From deejaying to construction to gunsmithing—Bud held many titles and positions; but the one position he held longest and dearest was being a loving father to his daughters and Papa to his grandchildren.
He married Pamela Jill Parker on February 26, 2022. Together, along with their two fur children, Bodie and Chloe, they made their home in Big Cabin, Oklahoma, where Bud peacefully spent his last few years on earth.
Aside from his love for his family, Bud was passionate about helping others when he could. He and Pammy founded Peanut Butter Farms Ministry, providing free vegetable plants and baby chicks to families so they would have healthy food choices.
Bud is survived by his sweet wife, Pammy; daughters, Katrina Manning and husband Lewis of Chelsea, and Mandy Park of Claremore; grandchildren, Jayden Averyt, Trae Manning and fiancé Kaylee, Ki Manning, Kali Manning, and Owen Park; sister, Stacy Averyt; and brother, Kerry Averyt and wife Angi; 3 nieces, 1 nephew, and many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Albert Norris Averyt, Sr. and mother, Shirley Nell Averyt.
