Betty Sweeten Barr, 75, Vancouver, Wash., a former Picher resident, died at 4 p.m. Friday, Jan. 8, 1999, at the home of a daughter in Vancouver after an illness.
Mrs. Barr was born Sept. 27, 1923, in Picher. She lived in the Picher area most of her life. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include a son, Billy Williams, Vancouver; two daughters, Jane Wooster, Vancouver; and Patti Roth, Estacada, Ore.; a sister, Jeanette Brizendine, Picher; nine grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
Arrangements are pending with Paul Thomas Funeral Home, Picher.
