Funeral services will be held Wednesday for Mildred T. Ireland, who died Sunday at the age of 85.
Mrs. Ireland, a native of Mexico, was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints of Santa Cruz, where the services will be conducted. Services will begin at 2 p.m. at 220 Elk St., Santa Cruz.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph G. Ireland of Scotts Valley; two brothers, Carlos E. Taylor of Capitola, and Herbert W. Taylor of Diamond Springs; and two nieces, Patricia Cairns of Malibu and Barbara Bales of Irvine; as well as numerous other nieces and nephews.
White's and Wessendorf is in charge of arrangements. Friends may call at White's Chapel, 138 Walnut Ave., today from 9 a.m. until 8 p.m. to pay their respects. Interment will take place at Santa Cruz Memorial Park.
